An event without limits

I don't know where to begin, but I'll certainly do my best. I just returned from attending the International Convention for my primary business. To say it was an incredible and life changing experience for so many people really is an understatement. For me it started out with my flight. I met a woman who is a certified Law of Attraction trainer. If you have not read/watched "The Secret", you are missing out on a key ingredient for your business. Knowing how to focus on the positive things in life is a must to being successful.

The entire event was jam packed with amazing announcements and jaw dropping developments. I may be partial to my business, as most network marketers are, but when I say this company is the best, I say it with passion and conviction of purpose. It truly is a vehicle to take individuals to their dreams. The network marketing industry has been recognizing this company for several years as the best. There are no smoke and mirrors and cleverly worded marketing tactics. Pure integrity with a superior product line. Our last quarter was the best in the company's history to date. When it comes to compensation, we truly have THE BEST. Having the highest payout percentage of profitable reporting companies is an accolade which should make all network marketers stand up and take notice. I heard from leading authorities in motivational speaking and #1 best selling authors like, Robert Allen. The remarkable Les Brown is an individual that inspires an entire arena and is truly a blessing to have been able to listen to, along with his son John Wesley. As Les Brown said, are you a thermometer or a thermostat? A thermometer measures it surroundings (accepting things as is) and a thermostat changes it's surrounding (taking charge and moving forward to make things happen.) Listening to motiviational speaker Dr. Denis Waitley always places things into a real world perspective and making an individual grow by thinking positive. The lessons learned from industry leader and trainer, Tim Sales, are unmeasureable and will forever be paying dividends in my business. Your business will continue to evolve with you as long as you continue to educate yourself and evolve with your business.

I strongly suggest that you never stop searching for information and continue to share your knowledge with the people in your business. The more you invest into yourself, the more valuable you will be to your business which will in turn attract people to you AND your business. This simple concept is what I am using with my team as well as sharing with people that read this blog. I want to give as much credibility to network marketing as possible by sharing the tools and training that I feel have the highest integrity and are the most beneficial in building a successful business.

As I continue to reflect on the past 4 days, I am excited and motivated at sharing my ideas and experience to help people that want something better out of their life. This industry, when presented properly, can change lives. An individual's dreams are truly attainable when they remain positive and never give up. As said by Eleanor Roosevelt “Remember always that you have not only the right to be an individual; you have an obligation to be one.” Build your dreams and never give up on yourself and those dreams.

New Beginnings

My first blog entry...here we go...As I continue to venture further into the world of Network Marketing and helping people build successful business for themselves, I find it exhilarating. There is so much information available and so many different ways to communicate with everybody; it is hard to determine the best route. I am finding the more that I learn, I am able to share with others that have been, or are in the same area of building their business trifles. It is a huge relief to be able to find somebody that is willing to take the time to share their struggles and give guidance through what has worked for them.This is the beginning of my blog to help people. It will be a venue for people to follow my thoughts as well as offer theirs. It is my belief that the more open people are with one another, the more successful we can all become. Network Marketing is all about relationship building. We hear that over and over again, so what better way to build a relationship, then to have an open and honest area to communicate and build relationships. As this blog evolves, it is my most sincere wish that it helps people find the path that works for them in evolving their life and business.I will share on here the tools that I have found to be the most beneficial in my business as well as the lessons that I learn, and will continue to learn. "TEAM" (Together EVERYBODY Achieves More) really is the basis behind network marketing. Building relationships is all about building teams with honesty and having strong ethics and integrity. Together, we can all be successful by sharing and enhancing each other’s individual strengths and weakness. Where one person may be a little weak, they can learn from another "team" member how to strengthen. I really believe whole-heartedly the fundamentals of being a team and pulling each other together towards success. This is what I build my team on and will expect from all of my team.
